Tips to Organize Your Neckties and Belts

October 15, 2019 by Annie

As compared to clothes, storing accessories may be a tricky job. To store accessories, you will need a special storage solution. A hanger for ties becomes a useful accessory for men with an extensive collection of ties. Special racks and hooks allow you to increase storage space. Moreover, tie racks and hangers make it easy for you to search for your desired accessories. Here are some tips to keep your accessories organized.

Belts

If you want to protect your belts, keep them in your closet. Put command hooks flat against a side wall and put belts on hooks. Remember, these are lightweight and take a little room. Feel free to buy a tie rack and a huggable belt for your closet. Special hangers are available to hang your belts with their buckles.

Necktie Hangers

With racks and hangers, you can organize your neckties. These will help you to choose a special place for your favorite ties. It is a smart way to avoid search in the morning. By securing and hanging your ties, you can keep your wardrobe clean. Several hangers will keep your neckties separate.

Necktie racks and hangers allow you to increase the longevity of neckties. These hangers will enable you to hang your ties straight by undoing their knots. The right hook helps you to increase storage space. If you are living in a small apartment, necktie hangers will help you to save space. Feel free to arrange your ties on the hanger by print, fabric, and color.

Types of Necktie Hangers

Different types of hangers are available to organize your ties. There are some inexpensive and essential versions.

Basic Hangers

These are similar to regular hangers with some bars and notches. You can drape your ties over these hangers. These will allow you to drape your ties. With many neckties, select a hanger with notches on both sides. In this way, you can get more storage.

Round Hangers

With a circular hanger, you may not get the advantage of ultra-organization. This type is suitable for men with limited neckties. These hangers allow you to hang belt buckles. Feel free to buy separate hooks for your belts and ties.

Ladder Hangers

You will get a straight down bar with some supporting bars in the middle. Neckties will overlap on this hanger, but keep a tie on a bar for a neater look.

Electronic Hangers

If you want a hanger to do all your work, buy electronic racks. Feel free to mount them on a wall to save more space in your closet. To get a specific necktie, you can rotate this hanger around to view your collection.

Storage for Other Accessories

To store your gloves and mittens, you will need a separate box. Label this box separately for adults and children. It is an excellent way to keep your closet organized. Moreover, your caps, beanie, and hats need separate boxes. Feel free to use wall-mounted hooks to hang them in your wardrobe. In short, hangers, racks, and storage boxes can keep your accessories in good shape.

About Me

Hi! I'm Annie and I have 3 kids (all in their teens - yikes!). My mommy blog isn't all about lunches and DIY - it's also about humour. Like how my kids make fun of my texts as if I don't know how to use emojis (I DO!). Now that I have a bit more time - since my kids don't want to hang out with me (teenagers), I have taken up blogging.
