Herbalife Nutrition Club: How Your Community Can Make or Break a Healthy Lifestyle

June 24, 2021 by Annie

A nutrition club is a community where everyone encourages one another to make healthy life choices. With Herbalife Nutrition Clubs, people can come together to talk about goals, share successes, and work through setbacks. We’ll look at why community makes such a difference in the lifestyle you lead and how you can find a place where you belong.

The Benefits of Community

In a nation where we place a lot of importance on individuality, it’s easy to forget the power of the collective. The people who are around us do affect our actions. Sometimes, we don’t even realize this until our choices are well in the rearview mirror! When you give up on a diet, skip an exercise routine, or stay up until 3 a.m., it’s easier to get back on track if you’re accountable to someone who cares.

A nutrition club is designed to give you a chance to take a journey with people who want to get healthier. Instead of trying to do it on your own, you can meet others who can support you for as long as it takes. The first nutrition club was started in Mexico by Herbalife Nutrition independent distributors more than a decade ago. It continued to expand all over the world, and today, there are thousands of nutrition club locations in the US alone.

Why Join a Nutrition Club?

There are people out there who can make a goal and stick with it without any help at all. However, there’s a reason why so many gym parking spaces are filled toward the beginning of January and so few are filled by the end of December. Plus, even if you can keep up with all of your milestones, it’s usually a lot more fun to go through the tough parts with someone cheering you on.

Clubs give you a place to stop by for a healthy breakfast, participate in weight-loss challenges, and squeeze in a little more exercise into your week. Try delicious meal replacement shakes to get your energy back and talk through your individual goals for the week with everyone else in the club.

When you’re trying to establish habits, it can be especially tough going at the beginning. The amount of mental effort and willpower to keep up with a regimen is extraordinary. If you’re used to putting your health on the back burner for everything else in your life, making it a priority can require an entirely new mindset. It’s not at all uncommon for people to go back to what’s comfortable, even if they know it’s far from healthy.

A Herbalife Nutrition Club is a community of people who will be there for the toughest parts. Independent distributors and members often share their own stories about overcoming plateaus in their weight and wellness journeys. The idea is to build connections with other people that inspire trust without judgment and build hope without fear. Research shows that you’re more likely to show up, work harder, and try more if you’re working out with friends. It’s also more calming to be with others than it is to be alone.

If you’ve struggled in the past with health goals, there’s no better time to look for a community of people who won’t let you give up again. Whether it’s a group of your friends or an official club, there’s simply no good excuse not to put yourself first for once. The motivation you’ll find here can’t be bought from any catalog or store. It’s a priceless gift that can make it possible for you to get from one place in your life to another.

About Me

Hi! I'm Annie and I have 3 kids (all in their teens - yikes!). My mommy blog isn't all about lunches and DIY - it's also about humour. Like how my kids make fun of my texts as if I don't know how to use emojis (I DO!). Now that I have a bit more time - since my kids don't want to hang out with me (teenagers), I have taken up blogging.
